Oakland Steiner Family Service Volunteer Form

Please use this form to volunteer for Family Service hours. This form needs to be completed by all families by September 10, 2012. Each family only needs to fill out one form but please indicate on the form ALL positions members of your family wish to fill. Please refer to the Family Service Handbook for position descriptions and requirements. Positions on this form are listed in the same order as in the Handbook. All families must choose one job from each category (Holiday Bazaar, Auction, Other). Total hours must equal 15 hours. In addition, all families must also volunteer 5 hours in Buildings and Grounds for a total of 20 hours. Hours from one category can not be applied to another category.

Positions are open until filled and approved. Some positions will fulfill your entire volunteer commitment – this information is noted in the position description.
